These Terms of Service govern access to and use of https://gosdds.shop and purchases made from gosdds.shop.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Online Store

The website is operated by gosdds.shop using the Shopify ecommerce platform.

You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for your use of the website.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, measurements, materials, colours and availability accurately.

The appearance of colours may vary depending on screen settings, photography and lighting. Minor visual differences do not limit rights relating to a product that materially fails to match its description.

Customers should review product descriptions, size guides and care information before placing an order.

Products may be updated, limited in quantity or withdrawn before an order is accepted.

3. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website, normally Australian dollars for Australian customers.

Prices may change without notice before an order is accepted. A price change will not affect an order already accepted.

GST and other applicable taxes will be included or displayed as required by law.

Customers outside Australia may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

4. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated acknowledgement email does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we confirm it, begin fulfilment or dispatch the products.

We may reject or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable.

• Payment cannot be authorised.

• Customer or delivery information is incomplete or incorrect.

• Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

• There is an obvious pricing or product-information error.

• The order violates these Terms or applicable law.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorise the applicable charges.

Payment processing may be performed by Shopify or an independent payment provider. Additional identity or payment verification may be required.

6. Shipping and Delivery

gosdds.shop provides free standard shipping for orders delivered to destinations available during checkout.

The estimated total delivery timeframe is 15–20 calendar days from order confirmation.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for a product generally passes to the customer when it is delivered to the address supplied with the order.

Ownership passes after full payment has been received, subject to applicable law.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Our voluntary change-of-mind policy does not limit your rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Only one discount code may be used per order.

• Discounts must be applied before checkout is completed.

• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

• Promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an order is accepted.

Consumer rights continue to apply to sale and discounted products.

10. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate fraud or prevent misuse.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or another account.

• Interfere with website security or operation.

You grant gosdds.shop a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt submitted content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

15. Consumer Guarantees and Liability

Products supplied to Australian consumers come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, gosdds.shop is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services or legal obligations.

Changes apply after publication and will not retrospectively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia.

Australian consumers retain all mandatory rights under Australian Consumer Law and relevant state or territory legislation.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before a court or tribunal with jurisdiction under applicable law.

18. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to operate.
